GoToChannel Extension Terms Of Service
GoToChannel Extension brings back the Go To Channel option of YouTube LiveStream's chat window
By accessing or otherwise interacting with GoToChannel Extension, or any associated content/postings, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS). You acknowledge and agree GoToChannel Extension is a private app owned and operated by Inland Apps LLC. If you do not agree to the TOS, you are not authorized to use GoToChannel Extension. We may modify the TOS at any time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use GoToChannel Extension.
The GoToChannel Extension provides a way to bring a livestream viewer to another channel's page by clicking just the channel's name. You don't have to search for the channel in YouTube.
As a user of our services, you:
- may not post illegal, unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent messages through the GoToChannel Extension.
- give us permission to use your channel name, and other information that are already available publicly in YouTube website , without any compensation to you.
- may not circumvent any technical measures used to provide the Services.
- may not engage in any unauthorized use of the GoToChannel Extension (including, without limitation, political campaigning, advertising, or marketing);
- may not transmit or otherwise make available any content that: you do not have the right to provide or transmit using the GoToChannel Extension; may expose GoToChannel Extension or its affiliates, licensors, or users to any harm or liability; or is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, untrue, or otherwise objectionable;
- may not transmit or otherwise make available any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- may not originate, send, deliver, relay or otherwise transmit unsolicited commercial email or other messages through the GoToChannel Extension;
- may not copy any portion of the GoToChannel Extension or any underlying content or source code;
- may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any portion of the GoToChannel Extension or otherwise attempt to discover or re-create the source code to any software;
- may not distribute the software or source code behind the GoToChannel Extensionto any third party;
- may not make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work of or to any portion of the GoToChannel Extension;
- may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices of GoToChannel Extension or its affiliates or licensors in any portion of the GoToChannel Extension;
- may not use any type of automated means, including without limitation any harvesting bot, robot, spider, script, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by GoToChannel Extension, to utilize the GoToChannel Extension or to collect or extract data;
- may not access without authorization any networks, systems, or databases used in providing the GoToChannel Extension services or any accounts associated with GoToChannel Extension, or to access or use any information therein for any purpose;
- may not attempt to probe, test, hack, or otherwise circumvent any security measures;
- may not violate any requirements, policies, procedures or regulations of any network connected to the GoToChannel Extension;
- may not use the GoToChannel Extension in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or otherwise impair the GoToChannel Extension (or the networks connected to the GoToChannel Extension);
- may not interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment by others of the GoToChannel Extension, including without limitation attempting, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information of any other user;
- may not falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity;
- may not provide false information during Account creation or otherwise provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- may not create more than one Account or create an Account on behalf of anyone other than yourself without permission;
- may not use or attempt to use another user's Account without authorization;
- may not use the GoToChannel Extension in any manner to stalk, harass, invade the privacy of, or otherwise cause harm to, any person;
- may not use the GoToChannel Extension in any manner that exposes GoToChannel Extension to any harm or liability of any nature;
- may not use the GoToChannel Extension to infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including GoToChannel Extension);
- may not develop any third-party applications that interact with the GoToChannel Extension services without GoToChannel Extension's prior written consent;
- may not use the GoToChannel Extension to engage in any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to engage in, encourage, or promote activities that are unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory, including, but not limited to violations of these Terms, illegal gambling, fraud, money-laundering, or terrorist activities;
- may not transfer any rights granted to you under these Terms; or
- may not encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this section.
The GoToChannel Extension may be used freely every day for 2 hours. To use the extension without limitation, a license is required. The license may be paid monthly or yearly. This extension relies on the publicly available information provided by YouTube, and we work hard to make the extension work with this information. if the information we use to make the GoToChannel Extension works are not available anymore, we will not be able to continue the service. If you have paid the service and the service is interrupted because the information we need are not available or is technically not possible to process, we will not be able to refund the payment you paid. If you continue to pay for this service after this disclosure, you agree that we are not liable to the interrupted service caused because of the unavailability of data.
You agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify GoToChannel Extension and the GoToChannel Extension providers from all liabilities, losses, damages, deficiencies, claims, causes of action, demands and expenses, (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees), that are due to, arise from or otherwise relate to your conduct or your use or misuse of the GoToChannel Extension services or Materials, including, without limitation, any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against GoToChannel Extension or any GoToChannel Extension provider that arises out of or relates to: (i) any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party, (ii) your breach of these Terms including without limitation your breach of any of your representations and warranties; (iii) your use of any of the GoToChannel Extension services or Materials; (iv) any content that you store on or transmit through the GoToChannel Extension services; or (v) any items that you mail or ship in connection with the GoToChannel Extension services, including items sold to other GoToChannel Extension users. GoToChannel Extension may assume exclusive control of any defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with GoToChannel Extension in such event.
If we determine that you have violated our terms or policies, we may take action against your account to protect our community and services, including by suspending access to your account or disabling it. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us or when we are permitted or required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will notify you about your account the next time you try to access it.
We work hard to provide the best services we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses them. Our services, however, are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they share (including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).
We cannot predict when issues might arise with our services. Accordingly, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstance will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the GoToChannel Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the GoToChannel Extension will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
You agree that GoToChannel Extension may moderate access to and use of the GoToChannel Extension in our sole discretion through any means (including, for example, blocking, filtering, deletion, delay, omission, verification, and/or termination of your access. Furthermore, we have the right to remove any posting you make on the GoToChannel Extension if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set above, and any other GoToChannel Extension rules, including without limitation the market�s prohibited item guidelines. You agree not to bypass or attempt to bypass such moderation. You further agree that GoToChannel Extension is not liable for moderating, not moderating or making any representations regarding moderating.
